The London and Quadrant Housing Trust is a housing association operating in Greater London, South East England and East Anglia and was founded in 1963. With the Lewisham-based company now taking charge of over 120,000 properties, and carrying out over 200,000 repairs annually; we saw this as an excellent opportunity to make our mark on such a large scale and have already got the wheels in motion having received almost 50 jobs in such a small space of time, so far.
